Our Work

At M60 Plumbing we work in both domestic and commercial settings, view a variety of our work below!

Cona restaurant

Intro
We were appointed to support the fit-out of CONA, a premium restaurant located in the heartof Manchester city centre. The project required a high-quality plumbing installation acrossmultiple areas, including guest washrooms, the kitchen and the bar spaces. With therestaurant’s design focused on delivering a refined- contemporary experience, themechanical works needed to meet both functional and aesthetic expectations.

The challenge
The team faced a demanding schedule. During the initial stages, it became clear that theexisting drainage arrangement did not align with the architect’s proposed layout. Thiscreated what could be a significant obstacle, as the drainage needed redesigning toaccommodate the new kitchen layout and high-end washroom facilities without delaying anyother aspects of the restaurant.

The solution
To overcome this challenge, we were able to reconfigure the drainage routes to suit the revised plan while maintaining compliance with building regulations. We installed luxury male and female toilets in line with CONA’s style, along with complete plumbing and gas services for the commercial kitchen. Additional plumbing was provided to support the bar areas, to make sure that they would be both efficient and reliable, especially for those busy service hours. The result was a high- standard installation delivered within the required time frame, supporting the successful launch of one of Manchester’s standout restaurants.

Hull Train Station

Intro
In 2025, we were commissioned to upgrade the public toilet facilities at Hull Train Station, a high-foot traffic environment requiring durable, low-maintenance solutions. The project formed part of wider station improvements and demanded high-quality, vandal-resistant fixtures capable of withstanding constant daily use.

The challenge
The immediate challenge was the tight turnaround needed for the project. As a busy transport hub, the station needed the work completed quickly to minimise disruption for passengers. Additionally, the facilities typically experience heavy footfall and occasional misuse, meaning that standard commercial fixtures would not be suitable. The client required robust, anti-vandal equipment that could cope with the pressures of a public environment while remaining easy to service and maintain long term.

The solution
We were able to supply and install a full suite of anti-vandal toilets, sinks and taps that met the exact specification that the station was looking for. For improved durability and reliability, we fitted sensor-operation taps and senor flush controls, reducing the need for constant physical touch, which can be a common source of damage in commercial washrooms. These upgrades not only meant that the facilities would last longer at the highest quality but also make ongoing maintenance significantly easier for the station team. The finished installation delivered a modern, hard-wearing and efficient space designed to perform in a challenging, high-use setting.

Leeds Trinity

Intro
We recently completed phase 1 of the toilet refurbishment upgrade at Leeds Trinity, one of the city’s busiest shopping centres. The project required modern, reliable washroom facilities that could support high visitor numbers and improve the overall customer experience. Our team was brought in to carry out the plumbing elements of the upgrade while working within the active, fast-paced commercial environment.

The challenge
The project required careful coordination with multiple trades, all working to a shared schedule all whilst the shopping centre was open. Maintaining progress whilst trying to minimise disruption to retailers and visitors was a key priority, not just for us, but for everyone working onsite. Staying in line with the project was essential, especially as certain tasks could only begin once other trades had finished their work. The level of collaboration meant communication and timing were crucial to keeping the refurbishment moving smoothly.
,

The solution
We collaborated closely with site management and fellow contractors to ensure each stage was delivered on time. By adjusting timings, maintaining clear communication and adapting to on site requirements, we ensured the plumbing installation progressed as planned.

Phase 1 was completed successfully, providing upgraded, robust toilet facilities that have created a solid foundation for the next stages of the centre’s wider improvement works.

Phase 2
Following the successful completion of phase 1 of our project at Leeds Trinity. We were able
to begin with phase 2. This included the installation of new, upgraded disabled toilets, providing a modern but practical facility as well as finalising the hygiene room with a slick, stylish finish, ideal for buildings with high footfall environments that want to provide a luxurious experience.
